In these Terms and Conditions, “we” or “us” refers to THE WALLCOVERING COLLECTIVE PTY LTD, and “you” refers to the visitor, trade account holder, or customer.
- Trade Access Only
Our website displays trade pricing and product information exclusively for approved interior designers, architects, builders, and other industry professionals. Products cannot be purchased online. All orders must be placed directly with The Wallcovering Collective via email, phone, or approved trade account channels.
- Orders and Confirmation
Orders are considered accepted only once we provide written confirmation. Until confirmation, pricing, product availability, and specifications are indicative only.
- Pricing and GST
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and exclusive of 10% GST. Actual pricing, quotes, and GST obligations will be confirmed directly with your trade account.
- Product Information and Colours
While we aim for accuracy, colours may vary depending on monitors, lighting, or production. We recommend requesting physical samples before confirming your order.
- Our Guarantee
We strive for satisfaction and exceptional service. Any concerns should be directed to our team, who will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products or information. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport delays, or supplier issues.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia, and any disputes are subject to the courts of that state.
